The FDA legal action is just what USRM and the Stem Cell therapy industry need.

It will cast the FDA as the "bad guy" siding with Big Pharma (Goliath) and USRM, et al, as the good guy (David) helping cure people.

USRM has ample testimonials and the FDA is already under fire for their role in the opioid epidemic. They don't want to look like fools claiming that an individual's stem cells are a drug.

I say BRING IT ON.
