Reading the 8k report again,
It reads to me that NGBL had a "good" deal to get the Pueblo farm up and running, but traded up to a "GREAT" deal to keep it running!
It looks really good for NGBL and this company will be VERY profitable this year, and next, and further.
Smart moves being made by NGBL management to provide maximum benefits to shareholders.
This looks very good to me!!
