Anyone who Heddle can convince to sign and submit this 10Q filing can be placing themselves in some potential legal problems.

Maybe Bam Magera had no issues burying millions of dollars in unspecified SG&A expenses..... because maybe that's the 'world class' way of doing it.....LMFAO.

But if somebody new decides to continue the trend they better sincerely hope the SEC doesn't come sniffing around and start learning the shoddy and secretive financial practice Heddle has been perpetrating with disclosure.
