I agree that there is a plan to purchase APRU, but I think they want to see how it rolls out nationally and if it has legs to run with before a buyout. I think that is why they will do whatever is necessary to support APRU while they grow. I think they will want to prove the model before buying us out. That may be a couple 18-36 months down he line to get that kind of infrastructure and production going imo.

It is my guesstimate that that is the reason they took a large stake in APRU, so they can benefit from the stock price soaring over the next couple of years, before a buyout, and then purchase when the model is proven. Win-win for A/B and Win-win for APRU and all of us!!!
