I hate the thought, but irregardless of what KW doesn’t want to do, I’m still expecting a reverse split.

imo Unless significant news can bring the pps up to a level that satisfies a suitor, the suitor themselves would negotiate the r/s with KW to make bottom line sense.

I may be totally off, but again it’s jmo
