Why wasn't this filing good enough to continue TCA Global operations Lucky? Can they argue this point and bring it off suspension status? #1) It clearly shows the shell has been taken back by the creditor working to let it breath again, seems so unfair to the company and investors alike. #2) would it help for the investors to write letters to the SEC requesting/demanding another look? just looking for answers very sad.

Appointment of Interim Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer

On November 20, 2017, the members of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Green Innovations Ltd., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), appointed Ms. Alyce Schreiber as Interim Chief Executive Officer, President, Secretary and Treasurer, effective immediately upon the removal of Gerard Danos by the Board as disclosed below.
