Paul, thanks for asking. The identification utility reveals that we have a Mobile 945PM Express chipset, confirming your sleuthing. The I/O Controller is identified as 82801GBM/GHM and it also references a ICH7M/ICH7MDH SATA controller "found in AHCI module".

I am now downloading the 64-bit version of the storage manager. I am not clear whether this contains the low-level driver, but I guess I will find out...
