I have always loved this part...
"Any books and records determined by the Trustees, in their sole discretion, not to be reasonably necessary for administering the Plan Trust or for the Trustees’ compliance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement may, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law and at any time following the Effective Date, be destroyed."
Now why would they ever DESTROY the wonderful, although corrupt LBHI BK books? makes you go hmmm...
