The argument today (againnnn) is why enter new jersey when it is only projected to 40-50k patients, which in itself is incorrect, that is the least the expect, per their own statements, yet as addressed, easily a market exceeding 150-200k+ patients/400MM-700MM, when Oakland has 42k patients, which has been addressed over and over and over again that is a cumulative number based on single visits, which is the norm with CA dispo cumulative patient counts, then leading to the argument the purchase price was based on patient counts, which it never is, with a price at 1.5x gross, which is extremely reasonable when such facilities even become available, (which they rarely do).

Just the daily attempt to mislead and confuse people, but in the end strips any credibility left to begin with and simply confirms an existence dedicated to idiocy. (Guess everyone needs a purpose lol)
