O/S ROSE DUE TO THIS...

"On March 20, 2018 the Company issued 15,000,000 shares of its Common stock as a payment of $3,000 against its outstanding debt."

OS rising not from dilution but from new share issuance...

My question is this...Why issue 15m shares for ONLY $3k? THEY ARE ISSUING THOSE SHARES AT .0002... THAT'S RIDICULOUS
