Someone is trying to be crafty. A rights offering begins today. Coincidence the stock is up almost 28% on extremely low volume? And on May 9th the stock spiked for the day, too. Coincidence, I think not. The days in between the May 9 spike and todays spike the stock traded at roughly $6.25 per share. I am no genius, but this rights offering is not a gift. It is a way to further dilute the dilluted. I sit with 2K shares of this at an average of $10.27 per share. Pissed, yes. I do not believe they will get there anytime soon. Somebody please change my mind.
