In the market the "laws" are there to fool the gamblers back into the Casino...its 100% fraud and the regulators are on the take. I say this from having been part of an SEC "investigation" that was in fact a coverup for a stock that netted 3 billion dollars and had zero products.

Look at Patrick Byrnes,from Overstock the financial news disparaged his name, called him a kook, said he ran a bad company, and in the end the brokers that naked shorted his company settled out of court for undisclosed millions.

LHGI is a very special vehicle IMO, in time we shall see how right or wrong I am.
