Well, my bad on this one....

looks like I had the WRONG case up the last couple times and read minutes to another stock he was working.

So............looks like all is well here. ALL IS going forward and after tomorrows court date I should have updated minutes within a few days after hearing.

Would love to have this one out and public sooner than later, but as tight lipped as all involved are, may be one helluva ride as tight as this is.

I will update as soon as I get something..
