So we have a filing today that states in its heading that it is for the period ending September 30th, 2017. But then below under the narrative explaining the purpose of the filing it says:

Life Clips, Inc. requires additional time in order to fully compile the necessary financial information and adequately complete its financial statements required to prepare its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2018, and to ensure that complete, thorough and accurate disclosure of all material information is made in its Quarterly Report. The Registrant anticipates the filing of the Quarterly Report within the extension period provided.

Plus as I pointed out before, the "Yes" box is checked, indicating that all required previous filings have been filed. This raises a few questions, since last year's third and fourth quarter 10-Q's were never filed. Is she saying that the third and fourth quarter 10-Q's weren't required? If that's the case, then why not? Anything to do with the 3rd and 4th quarter information filed in the late 10-K last month? Or is she claiming that she couldn't file the first quarter 2018 10-Q due today because she is still working not on it, but on the third quarter 2017 10-Q which was due in November of last year? Why otherwise state in the heading that this filing involves the period ending last September? And if that's the case, why bother to file for a five-day extension for the quarter just past, unless she intends to have all three 10-Q's out by Sunday? She didn't bother seeking extensions late last year for the 10-Q that were never filed. Lots of questions.
