oh come on. get real. how much does an audit cost and how long would it take if every company had to be audit every 3 months.

I would buy shares in accounting firms that's for sure

no one audits quarterlies not even NASDAQ companies

the officers sign that they are valid.

If an officer knowingly falsifies the numbers the SEC are very quick at banning them.
