I agree.

Everything up to "Llama Llama" has shown almost negligible revenue. Even Season 1 of "Llama Llama" just about broke even. And we probably won't know what Netflix has to pay to retain broadcast rights until next year.

And, the convertible preferred shares and warrants may hold the share price down if the stock does start moving up.

I guess it will depend on how many gamblers will buy in, before revenue shows up. Most institutions and funds won't touch a stock with a share price below $5.

I'm discounting everything else that GNUS has, even "Rainbow Rangers" until it proves otherwise. I think a big unknown, is how well the Kid Genius Network can do with "Llama Llama" on it. It would need more than an average of 30,000 subscribers to generate around $1 million, for a year. I would not want to see GNUS compete with other networks on this (unless it's PBS).

I think the books sell in the 1-2 million copy range. It could be higher with the increased visibility caused by the animated series. The Kid Genius Network could generate nice revenue, if they could convert just 10% of those book buyers, into network subscribers.

Edit
I've had buy orders between $2.5 and $2.6 for the last two weeks. I lowered it to $2.31 today.
