Wasn't able to listen to the call, but did read the transcript on Seeking Alpha. Sounded great, but the devil is in the details. They are targeting 750 million in revenues for the year with 186 million EBDTA. I have a small stake, but will look to add a few months down the road. This will be a great investment, but an emotional letdown, IMO, after the merger.
