Management recommends shareholders to approve the right to issue up to 75 million new shares of CYDY. While that dilutes current shareholders, I don't think there is a better option at this point in raising $$$.

We have been down this road before. And I will vote to approve the 75 million shares.

Hopefully we will not need to issue this many shares for much longer !
