I think you guys are forgetting a couple of important potential outcomes. Should TMM lose both the appeals, the company owes Dimension essentially everything. And even in the unlikely event TMM wins you have the new situation where Healy and Wiggins through their LLCs own over 50% of TMM and have the right to take all the assets and run off with them. Read the financials!

Yes maybe us little shareholders may be OK and make some money but maybe we wont.
