This is puzzling. In the just-filed NT-10Q she checked the "Yes" box to the following question:

Have all other periodic reports required under Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or Section 30 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 during the preceding 12 months or for such shorter period that the registrant was required to file such report(s) been filed? If answer is no, identify report(s).

The third and fourth quarter reports from last year have not been filed. I wonder if this has something to do with the language, "or for such shorter period that the registrant was required to file such report(s)".

The late 10K annual report from last year that was filed this past April did include information about company events through March 2018 under NOTE 13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS. I wonder if any of this explains checking the "Yes" box.

I have a feeling we will be getting answers soon.
