No one is selling IMO wash trades most likely.
One MM will be hired to short and cover at the same price to themselves at a MUCH LOWER pps than current market value, its illegal but happens daily because few have the time to arbitrate and get the trading ledgers like my group has in the past.

Its either wash trades or shorting to a bidder down low to create the appearance of selling to drawing REAL sellers

I wager we have a MEGA short on WMAC that has been exposed by the issuance of a new cusip# with the name change.
