......2 of our 3 appellate judges are chicks, and 2 of 3 are democrats.........the technicalities of agency law might doom us.........is an intermediary an agent, for example........and the judges noted that they might be forced to apply colorado law.......to all of this......both sides agreed that the TAA was silent on the ITR......this might make our case, because, imo, the TAA hurt us with Martinez......the judges made that pt. early on, imo...........
....and the judges grabbed the 'equitable vs legal' rights game......1st point made, imo.................haynes was winded and a little nervous but he did ok.....................
.....colorado is a strange state.........totally liberal.......but radical, particularly in the court system............tree huggers but strong NRA supporters..............and weed is legal............
