Except that they sample and through them into trash.

apple cyclone processor proved that process is not that important;
good die(s) per wafer matter. Intc at 14nm provably has 99.99% yield
with a good architecture; they will easily trounce amd.

BTW servers are not desktops ; intel sells the racks including cups/ssds/network back plane all in one.

you were touting ARM servers on semiaccurate; not fallback is amd;
it is not good to have such negative attitude :)
