I knew that Peter Michaels, consultant, was playing hard with SFIV, when I saw...
less cash, less revenue (by 89,000), more payables...

Also I see there are few million preferred Shares....
.....wonder how many little Petey has.
Guess I should see if there is a Stop Sign or if SFIV is in Default..
Those will be the final signs that Petey is no longer a "consultant" but in FULL CONTROL of SFIV.
