So I called Capital One last night... They were not very helpful. I asked what I can do to get these unrestricted and they said the company is the one who restricts the shares. I said to the gentleman, I participate on a forum board with other traders who have stated in their ScottTrade and TD brokerage accounts, they claimed theirs are now unrestricted, why would they stay restricted on Capital One's end? Again, he replied with the same answer, "sir I am not sure why that is the case with those companies, however, if shares are restricted, they're restricted by the company, we have nothing to to with restricting and unrestricted shares"... OK, thank you for your help, I'll call the company tomorrow then, was my response.

I would've posted this last night when I got my response but I ran out of posts for the day. Kinda sucks, because I honestly do not see me getting anywhere with the company.... Others who claimed they have gotten their shares unrestricted or even traded them... Kudos, you got free money.. I'm stuck with thousands of shares of a company that have 0 value to them. I will try and reach out to the company after I get out of work today, but again I do not see me getting anywhere..
