$CMGO racketeering lawsuit involving NBC had settlement conference moved up to 5/31. Punitive claims are $200Mil.

Basically some of the old management resigned from CMG back in 2009 and approached all the clients fraudulently claiming CMG changed the name so they could siphon off the business which included multiple deals and fraudulently diverted a several million dollar payment owed to CMG from NBCU (nbc news parent company). NBC denies responsibility but still doing business with plaintiffs so may assume liability.
