We are all awaiting this information from the company. $HDIH$ I have updated the ibox with a timeline that could potentially clarify a few things. It is noted in the expanded illustration text that the timeline could take longer depending upon the history of the company. TRKG last reported in 2008 and has since been non-active or dormant, otherwise known as a shell. The auditing and reporting issues this brings up is beyond the scope of a typical merger with a company that is current on its reporting status.
