Endurance Gold : Announces Intention To Sell 2 Million Inventus Shares

Endurance Gold Corporation (EDG -- TSX.V, 'Endurance' or 'Company') announces that the Company currently owns 24,978,000 common shares of Inventus Mining Corp. ('IVS') and intends to sell two million of these IVS shares to two directors of the Company. The directors have agreed to purchase the IVS shares from the Company at a price of $0.18 per share (the 'Transaction').

The Transaction is subject to the advance notice provision pursuant to NI 45-102 Resale of Securities, and acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
