If you look back at the annual reports that were filed, I believe all of them mentioned material weakness and lack of internal control.


It would seem that after two late filings, the SEC would take into consideration the fact that there were red flags in the very late filings ie the lack of internal controls and material weakness.

It is amazing that JRJR was continually granted extensions.
