I very much doubt it. One person, one, a person way down the totem pole, went to prison after the ABCP scandal which tanked the world economy. HSBC was fined for laundering over $880 million dollars of cartel etc money but no one went to jail. Tony is a pimple on the belly of the swollen American appetite for buyer beware that is the OTCBB pink sheets.
