Oh knock it off...FIRST OF ALL that post was made 7 years ago in reference to ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL (ARTS fka ARTI.OB) another penny scam that has been REVOKED by the SEC. Here are the messages about that ticker...all 42,439 of them.

As I recall Wicker claimed Picasso had (cough cough)given it to Dr Kenneth Maier "for services rendered." That's the only relevance to anything. Apparently no one ever heard Garfinkle until it was put out by Wicker as part of the provenance of this fake Picasso. If you want to sue anyone I suggest you start with him!

Curious... have you any idea how many "Paul Garfinkle's" there are in this country? I personally don't know and could care less. IMO that was just another name that was put out there by other people looking to defraud investors.
