too freaking funny & clearly someone from company is paying attention to posts on this board & is still cleaning up & perfecting the story in their OTC filings 10+ years later!! SO my dear OPXS insiders, care to explain why you set everything up to rip your investors off right outa the gate back in 2009 & then again in 2014/15??

Also & contrary to some claims/opinions, looks like Alpha is still holding onto his 78 Series C which means there must be other insider (s) selling & i wonder who that might be...

On October 30, 2008, in a private transaction between Alpha and Arland Holdings, Ltd, Alpha sold 100% of their common stock equity interest in Optex Systems, Inc. (Delaware), or approximately $1.0 million common shares to Arland Holdings, Ltd. Alpha retained their interest in Optex Systems, Inc. (Delaware) series A preferred shares (debt interest) with a stated value of $0.5 million..... The beneficial ownership of Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. subsequent to the March 30, 2009 reorganization and private placement was: Sileas, 72.5%, Arland Holdings, 5.8%, Alpha 2.1% and all other holders, 19.6% of the total outstanding equity (common and preferred, as converted)....

The beneficial ownership of Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. as of April 1, 2018 is: Longview, 25.7%, Alpha 9.99%, Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. officers and directors, 10.1%, other unaffiliated parties, 54.2%.
