This Continental Grain buying was probably buying others warrants. They give the party the profit and they get the share and exercise it. Some of the management buys the past few months were the same. It counts exactly the same as insider buying, not a bargain for the buyer. Most all listed companies have outstanding warrants. It is like a share issue, and pre approved and the money goes to RIBT. I look for more too, by maybe management and CG.

Much of the .96 warrants are exercised by now. As of 12/31 the numbers from the 10K were>>>

.96 - 12,972,832 but many exercised
2.00 - 2,660,000
5.25 to
5.87 - 3.156,670
6.55 plus 2,067,771 , but most of theses $6.55's expire in mid December. I hope they can get the stock past that by then. I don't know when the other expire.
