Surprise means HALT in the market.

Now if these bozos halt, publish PRs and filings, and then reopen at 25 bucks, that would be another story.

But since they are still looking for each other and don't seem to have a damn clue of what to do, I doubt the surprise will be big.

JBZY is another RO fiasco.
