Yes, I remember from the downfall of this company 2007-2008-2009 that the owner did setup the protection against a hostile take over.

Currently there is nothing, only their intentions and a history, I was, as stock owner part of this downfall, and hope, based on this facts a concrete plan will materialise. There is an end date of 20 years, we have a time limit on the taks claim
