From what Iv'e gathered the shorts won't have an actual problem until the 28th of this month, that will be the 13th day after there were shares available for them to cover. Prior to that they were naked shorting for I think it was 11 days, plenty of time to get way behind, they figured they would only have to wait 3 days for the transfer to happen but it took much longer. If they have in fact managed to cover it would be a miracle, I'm sure their working on it but that's a lot of ground to cover in a short period of time.
