Current price just reflects that this is mostly retail owners.
Illiquid stock and currently a buyers market is all.
People wanting or needing to get out, buyers letting them
keep lowering their prices because they don't need to be in any hurry
with no pressure on the stock one way or the other till
CAFC decision.
I commented on this very thing happening on the day of the Oral Arguments,
the slow bleed down due to no buying pressure if Oil States didn't win.
I didn't think they would, and I don't think CAFC vacates,
so I sold a major portion of my holdings, kept those still effected by
long/short term gains.
Moved my money to other places, making nice cash, and wait for the price drop to continue down further with a remand.
rebuy, get more free shares.
So all of those people who thought I was just trying to get cheapies,
I still havený bought since I sold, and we will see in the next 1-3 months if I was right on the remand.
Either way, I am happy with my choices
