Frustrating? yes....but then you realize that before the 1.1 million share day there was 2 1/4 million shares in the float. How many of those shares are in institutional hands and thus decreasing an already small float. These sellers will eventually run out of ammunition as this stock is basing at a higher level. Once the API is released and more institutions take positions, I don't think this stock will even look back as it begins to move. By the way the new API was referenced in the news release today. It's release will start a whole new ballgame.
