In reply to question 1, I got nothing from BIGN, just like everyone else. No surprise.

I did, however, get a reply to an e-mail I sent to David Hagarty, CEO Royal Petroleum, in which I pointed out the similarities between the wording on his website and BIGN's press releases. This is what he had to say FWIW:

"Before we take anything down, please read the press release dated October 20, 2005 put out by BIGN. It may be of interest to you since we just may be working on the same project."

Interpret this as you see fit.
