There isn't new management - Bignitz is the CEO and always has been the CEO of OWCP.

OWCP is just a pumping press release/8-K company.

It is a ridiculous argument to say the efficacy report that the company stated would be available in January 2017 - but your defense of the company is the efficacy report is delayed because in a efficacy report for a topical cream to treat psoriasis - they found markers for multiple myeloma which is a cancer of the plasma cells.

So much for the BS as to why the efficacy report has been delayed for 1 year and 4 months.
