True, but the important thing is that the vast majority of the stock is in the hands of insiders. I would not be at all surprised to see insiders buying more stock with this announcement. Since those investors, who actually know what is happening with this company, are buying more stock, I would quit worrying and take these moments as a buying opportunity.
