The stock will be put on the grey market and it will be revoked. No OTC ticker suspended for delinquency has been able to avoid that. GFOX will not be the first.

They may be able to drag out the Admin Proceeding a little...but their fate is pretty much set.

They can try to start over and re-register after revocation, but as I have pointed out elsewhere...the odds of that happening are about 1 in 1000 AT BEST.
