From what I saw so far today, it looked like someone slapped the ask pretty good just after the open and then after the NT-10Q showed up, they put up almost the exact same volume back on the ask. Then they realized it was too much and the split 1mil off of it to sell a pip cheaper...that was all the same person imo...
