NITE has been in there screwing us if that's what your asking. Don't know if Nite is the one feeding the dilution or not but its not good seeing them in level 2. They are known for shorting and screwing holders.
No sneaky diluters that I can see. Only NITE is the one I see that could be having a negative impact. Level 2 only shows MM's
ETRF, OTCX, CDEL, VFCM, INTL, CANT, CSTI, NITE is all the MM's active here at the moment.
