American Pacific Mining Welcomes Joness Lang as Advisor
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – American Pacific Mining Corp (CSE:USGD) (FWB:1QC) (OTCPK:USGDF) (“APM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the addition of business development entrepreneur, Mr. Joness Lang, to the Board of Advisors. Mr. Lang is currently the President of English Bay Capital, a private consulting firm providing capital markets advisory and corporate development services for public companies in the natural resource sector. Mr. Lang joined the team at Maple Gold Mines Ltd. as Vice President of Corporate Development in June 2017, transitioning from Riverside Resources Inc. where he had previously served as a Vice President as well.

Mr. Lang has nearly a decade of capital markets experience in the natural resource sector with precious metals being his primary focus. He has raised significant capital in his career and spent several years sourcing new gold-silver assets. During his tenure with Riverside Resources, Mr. Lang secured partner funding by negotiating and structuring new joint-venture, strategic alliance and spin-out partnerships. Mr. Lang earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University, graduating with distinction, and was also an honors student at the British Columbia Institute of Technology where he earned his Marketing Management Entrepreneurship diploma.
