Posted on traders blog that there is a OTC trading firm, some what like a hedge fund that is doing most of the manipulation to accumulate many millions of shares before this weekends conference, and they are known to do every trick possible to steal shares from the clueless OTC traders who don't have the stomach for being manipulated, once they get what they want they have a tendency to run it back up.
