Yeah it reads like that, but in talks with Joe he told me that 250M is for the control block. Its a longer story due to the fact that this shell was his before, but the old owner never took over, OR registered his block.


So, Joe had to issue another block to gain that control back. But yes, I can assure you, post merger you will see this 250M block change hands. In fact, I will guarantee that 100%.
