I can repost the CHi private placement term sheet later when I’m on a desktop. In a nutshell shareholders bought in at $1.50 per share of CHI in October 2016. Finally get to see the resolution of one of my biggest regrets, which now I see works out to about the same as holding long Canopy shares since the offering... which if I had participated I would have had to sell Canopy shares which I’m still holding long... so in the end I was tormented for not buying for no good reason!!
