Thanks for chart and commentary, buddy ---- tried to respond late yesterday but I got this TART RED MESSAGE from Admin. that said
I had used up all 15 of my FREE posts for the day !
No doubt, a 16th post would have caused the end of the world -----

That chart is a pretty scary site in itself ---- but, the .40 cent dividend (and added 5% extra shares in Q3) appear (for now) to be intact.
Are we witnessing a decent company that is morphing a bit more away from smokes and becoming a REAL ESTATE baron ???
DIVIDEND is SWEET !!!! ~~~ just have to ask yourself: Where can I park my $$$$$$$$$ (fairly safely) and get 8%++ back on it each quarter??
