Duly noted, and now I can better understand the questions. I think the disconnect that is being overlooked here is the fact that in a Reverse Triangular Merger it is a multi-stage merge process and there are (3) parties involved. Please refer to the iBox on any questions between the connections that have been determined, in my opinion, on Reverse Triangular Mergers. I have provided links but it is obviously for each individual to determine how it is interpreted.

I also believe that it can be overlooked that TRKG remains intact as a wholly owned subsidiary of HD International Holdings Group(USA)'s website. It could make it appear that all of the stages of the merge are completed. The truth is that I do not know for certain the nauture of the outcome of this company's inner dealings. Hopefully they will be so kind and shed some light on the situation in a P/R soon!
